                                   Camp fee includes instruction, camp shirt and facilities.

• Medical release/medical history form (once you submit your registration, print the form).

• Signed parent waiver.

COAST ATHLETICS club number is 33

This membership fee of $20.00 goes directly to USA Track and Field and covers supplementary insurance for each athlete, San Marcos High school and Coast Athletics. 
Each athlete must have health insurance.
