At Coast Athletics we focus on developing the whole
athlete. This means regardless of your child’s preferred sport, age,
current level of activity or level of competition, they need to learn to
master their bodies. Through fun and specialized drills, your young
athlete learns to control his or her body, develop balance, spatial
awareness, speed, strength and coordination. All are skills essential
for success in any sport. Drills include:
proper warm-ups, dynamic stretches, running mechanics, basic
gymnastics progressions, core strengthening, upper/lower body strength,
hand eye coordination, mild plyo-metrics, circuit training and more.
